How to Remove a Script Installed by Softaculous

The purpose of this tutorial is to teach you how to remove a script installed by the program Softaculous. If you decide you no longer need an installed script, you can remove it from Softaculous. Start by opening the Softaculous main page. In the upper right hand corner, you will see some icons. There is an icon that looks like a filing cabinet. Click on this icon. This will open a list of all your installed software in the main right hand window. Locate the software that you wish to remove. There will be a red X at the end of the software information. Click on this red X. This will open another window. Here you will have the option of saving the directory, database or database user for future installations. Once you have made all your selections, Click on the Remove Installation button at the bottom. You will get a pop-up informing you that these actions are irreversible, and asking if you are sure you want to proceed. Click OK to continue. After a few moments, you will see a screen informing you that the installation was removed successfully.

This concludes the tutorial. You now know how to remove a script installed or managed by Softaculous.
