Part of our Dutch network was attacked by means of a DDOS attack. We saw this at the very start of it and focussed on identifying the attacker(s) and filtering the traffic as soon as possible. As soon as we had done this the whole network was functioning perfectly again. We will look even further into methods and ways to prevent this and/or identify and correct it even quicker.

Our engineers have isolated the perpetrator and are bringing all affected services back online.

Update 2:

All affected servers and services are back online. We will monitor closely and we will investigate what caused this issue.
This may show us what measures to take to prevent this in the future.
