Dear Customer,

We would like you to know about the following planned maintenance.

Service Affected: Various servers and the (Client)areas maintenance between Xmas and New Year

Impact: minor Impact

Start Date: Saturday, 24th December 2016, 00:00 AM (GMT)

End Date: Sunday, 1st January 2017, 23:59 PM (GMT)

Status Report: Service Status

Description:
We will be using the period around Xmas and the New Year to do some maintenance and implementing new updates/services. This period is traditionally much quieter than the rest of the year so we expect to be able to do this with the minimum amount of disruption to you and your users/visitors.

Maintenance of the servers will focus on the technical side of things so you shouldn't notice this at all.

We will also update and expand our administration back- and frontend. This may mean that things may look slightly different from what you are used to but all, if not more, functionality will be there, it may just have moved around a little. We will try to keep these visual changes to a minimum though. These changes will mean that the interface may be unavailable for short periods of time, as we make bigger changes, but if you come across this, please try again an hour or so later as it should all be ok again then.

If all these preparations go well, we may take this opportunity to update the Clientarea interface as well, in one swoop, instead of waiting with that until our next maintenance window. In that case, there will be bigger changes in the way the Clientarea will look but all functionality will still be there and the new interface should be much easier to navigate and to find and do your work.

We will, of course, try to keep all downtime to a bare minimum, as you have come to expect from us.

We apologise for the inconvenience that this may cause and if there are any questions, please contact our technical support team.

Kindest Regards

Support team

Update: We have not managed to upgrade the Clientarea interface as well so we will reschedule that as soon as possible
