This includes

1) Initial connect to our systems indication of the cost to get the site to the required standard.

This step, including updates, will usually be included in the setup price but if your site needs an extraordinary amount of work to get it up to scratch we may have to charge for our time. This step is essential and a site has to pass the 'Ready to Go!' check before the Standard, weekly maintenance contract can start.

2) Standard, weekly maintenance
- Plugins updates
- Theme updates
- WordPress updates
- External Backup of the site to 2 different locations
- Backup before any update so that your website can be back online quickly if something Does break

Keeping 1 WordPress site up-to-date and secured.

This includes

1) Initial connect to our systems indication of the cost to get the site to the required standard.

This step, including updates, will usually be included in the setup price but if your site needs an extraordinary amount of work to get it up to scratch we may have to charge for our time. This step is essential and a site has to pass the 'Ready to Go!' check before the Standard, weekly maintenance contract can start.

2) Twice weekly maintenance and security check
- Plugins updates
- Theme updates
- WordPress updates
- Security check and tightening where needed
- External Backup of the site to 2 different locations
- Backup before any update so that your website can be back online quickly if something Does break
- Security report

Performance++ Wordpress maintenance package

Keeping 1 WordPress site up-to-date, secure and performing as best as it can.

This includes

1) Initial connect to our systems indication of the cost to get the site to the required standard.

This step, including updates, will usually be included in the setup price but if your site needs an extraordinary amount of work to get it up to scratch we may have to charge for our time. This step is essential and a site has to pass the 'Ready to Go!' check before the Standard, weekly maintenance contract can start.

2) 3 - 5 times a week check and maintenance
- Plugins updates
- Theme updates
- WordPress updates
- Performance-enhancing plugins* such as Imagine CDN (500 images converted/optimised p/month)
- Functionality enhancing plugins* such as special form, database table, etc
- Other plugins at a heavily discounted usage rate such as A/B tests, ToolTips, Influencers, User responses, etc
- External Backup of the site to 2 different locations
- Backup before any update so that your website can be back online quickly if something Does break


* All plugins are licensed to us and we will install them. We will also remove the once the contract stops and usage after that point of time is not permitted.
