We would like you to know about the following unplanned outage.

Start Date: Thursday, 13th of September 2018,  6:00 AM (GMT)

End Date: Thursday, 13th of September 2018,  8:15 AM (GMT)

Status Report: Service Status

This morning the Client area went offline during normal operating conditions.
Investigations did not give a conclusive reason for this happening so our engineers had to dig deeper and see what service was causing this.
They came to the conclusion that a recent, small update of the database cluster may be causing the cluster to not come back online as it should.
As this cluster is at the base of the Client area and of the client administration as a whole a roll-back had to be properly orchestrated to prevent any data loss and/or duplication. 

This was done asap and after the roll-back, the Client area came back online as it should. Various checks have proven that no data had been lost or corrupted.
Further investigation will have to prove and indicate if and when this small update can be reapplied.
