Start Date: Friday, 10th of July 2020,  11:39 AM (GMT)

End Date: Friday, 10th of July 2020,  11:49 AM (GMT)

Status Report: Service Status

This morning the Gimli cluster went offline during normal operating conditions.
Investigations did not give a conclusive reason for this happening so our engineers had to dig deeper and see what service was causing this.

All effort was applied to get the cluster back online, which happened after approximately 10 minutes.

We will now further investigate why the cluster went offline and take preventative steps to minimise or even exclude this risk in the future.
