Our network in Tokyo appears to be the target of one or more DDoS attacks.
We are continuing to monitor this situation and take all necessary steps to mitigate the effects of this attack.

Update 11/29/17 00:19 AM (GMT)

We've applied additional mitigation changes to our network, and network connectivity should now be returning to normal states.
