Start Date: Thursday, 2nd of May 2024,  12:10 PM (GMT)

End Date: Thursday, 2nd of May 2024,  12:44 PM (GMT)

Status Report: Service Status

Description:
A few minutes ago, the Gimli cluster went offline during normal operating conditions.
Investigations did not give a conclusive reason for this happening so our engineers have to dig deeper and see what service was causing this.

Update 1:

We've narrowed the issue down to issue with the storage cluster, we're further investigating and moving data away from the affected storage unit.
Technicians have already been send to tackle the issue asap and we'll keep you updated here.

 

Update 2:

Our technician have taken the troublesome storage units out of the mix and moved all their data to other units.
All websites and services have come back online and all should be well again.
We will monitor this situation for the hours to come but we are confident that the issues has been dealt with permanently.
