Description:
A few minutes ago we saw several clusters going offline during normal operating conditions.
Investigations did not give a conclusive reason for this happening so our engineers are digging deeper and see what service was causing this.
We apologise for the inconvenience that this may cause and if there are any questions, please contact our technical support team.

Update 1:
Our engineers have liaised with our upstream providers as that is where the issue seems to be.
All are working tirelessly to location the source of the problem so it can be solved.
Update 2:
We see some servers coming back online but other are not yet back.
All efforts are geared to getting to his solved asap and getting all servers back online.
We will update here as and when useful updates are available.
Update 3:
All servers and services should be online again.
We're running extensive checks to verify all date and services and nothign seems to habe gotten lost.
Mail that should have been delivered today should, with a delay, still be delivered as this is the internet standard.
If you do run into any unexpected issue still, please open a support ticket and we'll prioritse these untill all is as perfect as usual again.
Once this is all complete and the whole issue is behind us we will investigate if, and how, this can be prevented in future.
