In addition "name-surname.com.tr" domain can be allocated with turkish ID - Card and turkish passport number.

Restrictions
For foreign companies with trademark or corporate name:
For the applications made by the legal entities and organisations; the official documents required must certify that the domain name you apply for is your registered trademark or corporate name.One official document that appropriate for the application, which may be "Commercial Registration Certificate", "Trademark Registration Certificate" etc., is sufficient to register a "com.tr" domain.

PLEASE NOTE: No additional documentation is required if the TM is registered in the International Trademark System (WIPO) for the country code "TR" or if it is approved by the Turkish Patent Institute.
For private persons located in Turkey:
For name-surname.com.tr applications, a copy of identification certificate is required.
Note: No additional documents are required for domain name applications that match with the personal data on the ID card.
However, if the domain name does not match with the personal data, the copy of the ID card is needed or a copy of a web page that contains the identification number.
For commercial entities and organizations located in Turkey one of the three documents listed below are required:
- one of the certificates taken by the chamber of commerce: "Operating Certificate", "Commercial Registration Certificate", "Registration Copy of the Registry Room," or an advertisement from the company title which has been published by the turkish commercial register sheet
- "Trademark Registration Certificate" or a "Certificate of Trademark Application" taken by the turkish patent institute
- The "Certification of Record" or "Commercial Registry sheet" taken from the chamber of tradesmen and artisans of Turkey
Note: the official documents required must certify that the domain name you apply for is your registered trademark or corporate name.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Under the given circumstances below your requested domain can be announced on the objection list for a duration of 6 month at nic.tr:
- Domain names that are registered conditionally, with a note of 'can be deleted later':
a) Mutual domain name registration for two companies
b) Those registered with a trademark register application
c) Abbreviations
d) Those which include the foreign language equivalent of the words in its register
- Applications made by those registered to the profession chambers,
- Non-periodicals (e.g. books),
- Domain names that include part of the trademark which is formed from more than one word.
The objection list is used to inform the public and to enable the objections from third persons and organizations. In the case when there is no objection made, the domain name will become definite and will be allotted to the applicant.
