The registrar Donuts will be start opening up their new domain extensions for general access very soon. As there are 53 extensions, they are not all going live at the same time, to prevent any issues with the processes. Below are the expected start dates on which everyone can start registering (the Landrush period has finished then).

Early Access:
January 29 (16:00 UTC) to February 4, 2014 (16:00 UTC)
This is a 7 day period with a descending one-time Early Access fee. This phase is already based on the principle first-come, first-served.
General Availability:
As of February 5, 2014 (16:00 UTC)
Donuts’ gTLDs will be available for registration by anyone without restriction on a first-come, first-served basis.
